Note: International students are not eligible for admission to any one-year certificate programs, 只有两年制的副学士学位课程. - High school transcripts: Submit your official high school transcripts (marks sheets, exam results, certificates). 作为一名国际学生，你被美国政府要求.S. Department of Homeland Security agency to provide documented evidence of your financial resources for the first full academic year (9 months/2 semesters) before MCC can issue the Form I-20 (Certificate of Eligibility for F-1 student visa).

Bills for tuition and fees are created at the time of class registration each semester (fall and spring) and payment instructions will be included with your bill. 请直接向MCC学生会计办公室付款.
After you are accepted and have submitted all necessary financial documents, you will receive your Form I-20 from MCC by email with further instructions for next steps. You will also receive instructions for setting up your student network account. Note: You must activate your network account before you can apply for on-campus housing.

Welcome to MCC! Rochester is served by the Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC), AMTRAK火车和几家城际巴士公司.
